Additionally, all transactions are processed offline in our California office for added security. Your transaction is secure and your information is protected. The interactive Site Certificate located in the lower left column confirms our identity.

Individual Orders
You may purchase directly from Inner Directions, through your local bookstore, or your favorite online bookseller. We always encourage people to support their local bookstores.

Bookstores & Libraries
Inner Directions books are distributed to the bookstore and library market by AtlasBooks. Please review the Publishing area of our website (or Contact Us directly) regarding resale trade terms.

SHIPPING CHARGES
U.S. Customers
Because of regular increases in U.S. Postal Service rates, we have decided to ship all domestic orders by Media Mail. While this results in slightly longer delivery times, it also means that your shipping costs have not increased.
All domestic, Canadian, and foreign shipping rates are available here.

Foreign Customers
We can only accept personal checks or money orders when they are drawn on a U.S. bank, payable in U.S. currency.

Shipping
Orders are sent by Air Mail if payment is sufficient. Otherwise, your order will be sent by Surface Mail. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Postal Registration
$7.50 per Parcel (Recommended for foreign orders).

Price Changes
Prices are obtained from publishers who may raise the retail prices of their books from time to time. Please understand that prices are subject to change under these conditions.

Returns
Returns are accepted (less postage) within 15 days of customer receipt. Returned items must be received in new condition to avoid a 15% restocking fee.
